LCAS or CSAC Q- Elligibile - PBH is looking for qualified professionals to work in our Henderson County office. The Henderson office is a full service MH/SA provider offering  Community Support, Diagnostic Assessments and Individual Therapy for adults and above and is adding outpatient DUI substance abuse treatment services. Licensed staff will provide outpatient and Intensive outpatient substance abuse assessments and treatment  for Medicaid and State funded clients. Salary range is 35-42k a year w/Full benefits. Parkway Behavioral Health is committed to serving the needs of adults, children and families facing mental health and substance abuse problems.

PBH began in 2006 as response to a significant community crisis. We have quickly grown to providing services in 3 Western North Carolina Counties Buncombe, Henderson, and Rutherford.

PBH services now provides Crisis and Triage services, Assessments, Diagnostic Assessments, Medication Management, Medication Evaluations, Community Support, and Individual/Group Therapy, Community Support team, SAIOP, DWI Asmt/Tx

PBH staff includes a range of professional positions including MDs, NPs, PhDs, Masters Prepared Clinicians, Bachelor level service providers. Although most of the staff have 2 to 4 years of experience in the field of human services PBH has on the job training opportunities for energetic individuals who want to find a way to work with individuals and families with MH/SA issues.

PBH pays staff every 2 weeks. Salaries are commensurate with credentials, education and experience. bachelors and masters level service providers can earn 22,000 to 45,000 per year not including benefits. All wages are based on hours worked. Benefits may equal 20 to 25% of salary. PBH is willing to invest in its staff with the expectation that our staff invest there energy in the company.

PBH provides training and flexible schedules so you can meet the needs of the clients while you live your life your way. You may earn paid time off but the expectation is for all staff to be willing to be on call on a rotating basis. For many professionals work is something done in an office. Many of the PBH services are offered in the homes and communities of our clients. The challenges and opportunities to identify creative solutions for our clients needs requires energy, caring and the ability to learn new skills.

PBH benefits pays 70% of Health insurance costs and covers all Professional Liability. Dental plans are optional. Staff receive mileage, and cell phones are provided. PBH pays 100% for long term & life insurance.

PBH is committed to quality in all its services. Quality requires teamwork. All services are offered through a team approach and with weekly meetings.

PBH hiring includes formal and informal interviews with management and staff.

PBH utilizes best practices, which means we use techniques that have passed the scrutiny of researchers. PBH services are provided under the supervision of it’s highly credentialed management team which has over 50 years of human services experience.

PBH orientation and training are constantly under development. If you are hired we seek your input to help improve our orientation and training processes. Your input is very important to the success of the services and the company.

Pre-Employment Requirements All candidates should have clean driving records. There will be criminal background checks and drug screening. You will be asked if you have ever had criminal charge(s) and/or conviction(s). You must provide proof of adequate automobile insurance. You may be transporting clients in your vehicle so be sure to inform your insurance company. PBH carries a rider to supplement your insurance.

PBH probation period is 90 days then you will become eligibile for health insurance.
